    • The Big Four Ice Caves

Reviewer jacobsgirl03, “This is a great family friendly hike and dogs are also allowed on leashes. It is also stroller friendly!!! Roundtrip is a short 2.2 miles. You see it all here. Old growth, a river, waterfall made by snow melt runoff at the end as well as the ice caves themselves which are created by avalanches. Check out photos and recent hiking conditions first!”

      The Outback Kangaroo Farm

Reviewer jacobsgirl03, “This is a fun little tour in Arlington. They are set schedule tours that run daily from March 1st until October 31st. They give you bread and pellets to feed llamas, kangaroos, wallabys, lemures, etc. You also get to pet the majority of the animals as you are in an “open space cage” with them. It is not stroller friendly so if you have a little one, be sure and wear them in a good carrier. The tour is about an hour long and usually pretty muddy so be sure and wear rain boots!”

      Pacific Science Center

Reviewer jacobsgirl03, “This is a great museum in nearby Seattle full of things to see and do. Reserve most of your day to spend here.”

Reviewer jacobsgirl03, “This is a great park. There are three playgrounds, paved walking trails, a walk through flower garden, a fishing pond for children, soccer field, baseball field and a gazebo where local bands/singers play music at night during summer. It’s beautiful! Free. There are three separate areas to park. I prefer the main entrance. It is also where the towns recreation building is located – where you sign up for local sports and activities and they have a barn where crafting activities are held year round.”
